In response to COVID-19, cruise lines have proactively cancelled sailings in an effort to protect the health and safety of guests. If your cruise booking has been impacted, please enter your booking number.

Cruise Refund Terms

Vacation Club Points applied towards cruise will be valid for use on a future booking. Refunds will be processed within 90 days and will be credited to the original card used to complete booking.

If no action is taken by owner within a 10 day timeframe to request refund, cruise will be cancelled and Vacation Club Points will be applied to a credit valid through Dec. 31, 2021, that can be used towards a future cruise booking.
